This hybrid conference is for all users of CollegeSource products and will consist of over 45 sessions offered in both the in-person and virtual conference weeks. New this year…
We are excited to provide two opportunities this year for attendees to participate, either in person or virtually!
Our in-person conference will take place in San Diego, California, on June 27-30. We hope you’ll join us for a few days in the famous Gaslamp District to learn, network, and have fun at the Westin San Diego. Located in the heart of downtown, attendees will have endless options for food, nightlife, and bayside views after winding down from a full day of sessions.
If traveling currently isn’t possible for you, we are also offering a virtual conference experience during the following month on July 18-20. More details to come on virtual passes soon!

Have you considered being a presenter at our conference? We are now accepting presentation proposals while we build the agenda. The annual conference is a great opportunity to share how CollegeSource technology has been integrated on your campus and is positively impacting student success at your institution. Whether you have interesting tips and tricks to share or a great success story using TES, Transferology, uAchieve, or Schedmule, we welcome all presentation submissions.
Additionally, with the conference being offered in a hybrid format, presentations may be pre-recorded remotely or delivered live in San Diego based on your preference. Not keen on presenting alone? Consider co-presenting with a colleague or one of our CollegeSource staff members. Just let us know what you’re interested in by submitting a proposal below.
